I have tried shorter sessions of meditation this weekend to find ways to deal with stress 🙂

Meditation was relaxing, it felt good to focus on just catching your breath and relax….and this is something I can practise at work during my break. I think it is important to find ways of dealing with stress to break the bad habit of it ❤
