Better luck next time

Today I got a sms from my fiancé, where it said that I had not got the scholarship I applied for a few months ago. Honestly, I did not expect to get it. It is sad though, it would have been fun. I have had so much to feel happy about so this minor let down is -minor- and I have a lot to look forward to, I will survive!

When I got home and read the letter it said that a musician got the scholarship, oh well, I do not do music in that way so if it was a musician they wanted then I did not have a chance anyway. It feels a little bit better.

I will not give up though, next year I will apply again, and not in the last minute this time.

Week update

I messed up my alarm yesterday when I thought I put in the right settings. I overslept this morning, which sucks, since I missed the croquis lesson. Our teacher was cool though she will let me catch up with a double lesson in a few weeks.

I managed to hand in the scholarship application today. Now I keep my fingers crossed ❤

I also skipped down to the tattoo studio around the corner to continue on my tattoo. I suspected I would have to schedule another sitting, I was right. It might sound a bit far into the future, but my last sitting will be in 6 weeks. That’s due to school work, Berlin-trip with school and exhibitions coming up. I’m in no rush though

Well that was that before the weekend. Next update will probably be in the beginning of next week. If it isn’t raining tomorrow I will be in the woods all day long! I will prepare for the worst, mmm warm rubber boots<3

Another scholarship application

Yesterday, I stand waiting to skip up to the bus with a friend. While waiting I view one of our info boards. Something catches my eye…”scholarship…” I decide that it can be fun to just apply, I mean I have nothing to loose and I have dreams, right. Today I have managed to put together the whole application and tomorrow I will hand it in personally before skipping to the tattoo studio. There is a reason to why I will hand it in personally, the due date is tomorrow and snail mail just won’t do, it wouldn’t get in in time.
